Ordering Portraits

Paintings are made from your photo. Digital or paper photos must be large enough to display good detail. Click hereRefer to the instructions I provided on my website for tips on how to get a photograph that will work for the portrait.

You may choose either a solid color background or a sky background. A color swatch can be helpful in some situations. All paintings are done in oil on canvas unless otherwise specified. Expect to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery as oil paints require longer drying times. The paintings are delivered unframed.

Prices, Payment & Shipping

The minimum price for a painting is $900 for a standard 11" x 14" canvas (solid color or sky background). Prices are subsequently determined by canvas size and complexity. Every dog and every painting has different requirements. Contact me and we will discuss a painting that will fit your budget.

Payments can be made via personal check, money order, cashier's check and Paypal for international orders. A 50% deposit is required when your order is placed. When the painting is finished, you will be sent a photo of it via email. The remaining 50% must be paid before the painting is shipped.

Shipping and handling will be added to the total price on all international orders. Prices vary depending on size, distance and method shipped. Please contact me for details.
